These terms cover your use of the Grip website at grip.lexenne.com. Grip is a product of Lexenne, currently in development. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to the terms below. A separate agreement will govern the Grip app when it launches.

1.Pre-launch status

The Grip app is not yet available. This site exists to share what Grip is and to let you join the waitlist for early access. Features, timing, and details described here are in progress and may change.

2.No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3.Your waitlist information

If you join the waitlist, we use your email only to contact you about Grip, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed at any time.

4.Acceptable use

Please use the site reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false or others' information through its forms, or use it to break the law.

5.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lexenne is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

6.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Grip develops. If we make a material change, we will note it here.
